American spa 756 spa purchase

1st I’ll review the purchasing experience, in my search for a tub I found USA Health online and I texted a question on Saturday night not expecting a reply but received one very quickly and this responsiveness continued. I have never received such incredible communication from a company. This sold me over Home Depot and Wayfair. I took a chance and ordered tub from a company I had never heard of,I was not disappointed. We had an issue while processing order but problem was quickly resolved. They promised quick delivery, I placed order and was in my tub in 3 weeks. The tub exceeded my expectations it is a very solid, very heavy and works great. Shipping weight was 998 lbs plan your journey from driveway to spa location I fell short on planning hard to get 36” tub thru 35” path. Spa is very quiet seats are comfortable,one headrest was made crooked and won’t stay on. Jets are powerful and nicely arranged. Cabinet build is nice taking panels off and on is more difficult then I liked. Controls are very easy to program and use..Overall I am very pleased with American spa and the guys at USA Health and Wellness. Also I’ve done 20-25 minutes everyday since I got it going and the physical benefit is really starting be noticed.

Any and all issues were taken care of quickly and professionally. It’s up and running and we are living.

I still have 2 other problems that have not been addressed after notifying you weeks ago when tub was delivered. Finish on white tub was buffed through and picks or little hole like imperfections in shell of tub.

Your time line is way off, my spa arrived 6 weeks ago and your left hand is not aware of what your right hand was doing. If Linda had not called me I would never have know that my delivery was on its way.
All of that to tell you that I love my spa. But your company communication is not good at all.
