Awesome hot tub, great sound and bass!

We ordered for our personal use in 2020, October I believe it was and just received it April 2021 due to the covid b/s. Tyler was excellent with communication and keeping us updated the entire time. Will buy from again when the need arises for our vrbo rentals. This company actually has customer service a rare find these days!

speakers don't work properly, over heating issues at 98 which lock down the system for a few hours. happened twice now.

Due to Covid, our hot tub took a lot longer to receive than usual. USA Health and Wellness kept us updated on entire transaction from receipt of order, to the time it was being delivered. Arrived next day after shipped notice and came in perfect condition. Have been enjoying our new hot tub almost every night since arrival. Hot tub is easy to operate feels great. So many jets and adjustments you can’t go wrong. Seats up to 7 but I’d say 6 comfortably. Love the lounger and bluetooth speaker.
