I'm very disappointed in the whole product and service. I bought this tub on Black Friday, it was delivered in January and I set it up in May. I used it for the one season . Exactly one year into use of the jacuzzi it started leaking from filter housing that was cracked. I called the customer service an asked for the part. I sent the pictures and descriptions. We waited 2 weeks for the parts and nothing came. I called again ant another 2 weeks later they sent us some other parts but not the right main part- filter housing. Called again and they had to file another claim to send the part that they didn't send the first time. Also the part is on back order and they told me I have to wait another 2-3 weeks to get it. In addition they have audacity to charge me twice for shipping. I even checked with third party to fix it and it cost $190 for the first hour of service. I spend a lot of money on this product to use it , not for it to sit in my yard empty. I would not recommend this product.

I never write reviews but this is bad and so I feel compelled to forewarn others.

USA Health and Wellness came recommended to me from a neighbor who was evidently satisfied with their hot tub purchase so I expected very similar experience.
In contrary, I did not receive the same service.
The customer service is merely existent. The hot tub arrived with visible exterior damage to the bottom of the spa as well as the spa cover; I could not reach anyone until I put in a claim with credit borrower. They finally sent a technician to confirm no internal damage- and over 2 months since purchase, I cannot reach anyone to obtain a cover replacement nor the hot tub steps.

Would not recommend this company to anybody. They don’t answer the phone, return calls, nor respond to emails. Underwhelming customer service
